Established January 2020 as a nonprofit corporation to eliminate hydrilla and maintain a hydrilla-free Fairy Lake in Longwood, Florida.
Update on Apr 28, 2026:
Fairy Lake continues to be free from Hydrilla growth. Water lillies are present. Water clarity is less than 2 feet. Would like to see more non-invasive vegetation for optimal health and fish health. Refer to history page for more information. Possible methods to improve vegetation health were presented to the board.
Lake and Pond Remediation will inspect the lake in the winter.
